New Work pilot project

GWT launches its New Work concept with an initial pilot phase.

“Efficiency through deceleration” – that is the approach of the new New Work concept, which has been undergoing a three-month pilot phase at GWT and the TUDAG Human Resources department since October 15.

The New Work concept is part of a work organization transformation at GWT that pursues several goals: in addition to promoting self-organization, focus, and interaction in everyday work, a flexible, people-centered work model is being created that aims to reduce stressors and increase efficiency at work.

During the pilot phase, feedback from all employees involved will be used to adapt and optimize the model to GWT's needs.
