New Work for the large project: DB uses innovative contract model for the first time at the new Cottbus plant

A new Deutsche Bahn AG maintenance plant for ICE trains is being built in Cottbus by 2026. For this large-scale project, Deutsche Bahn is relying for the first time on the innovative contract model "Partnership Model Rail", which aims at the particularly early involvement and close cooperation of all project partners involved.

For the transfer into practice, the large-scale project is accompanied by the GWT Innovation Center "Construction Industry and Construction Operations" under the direction of Professor Sundermeier.
