New construction project

Ceremonial signing of contract for IPA pilot project in Wilhelmshaven.

On 17 December 2025, the starting signal was given for the reorganisation of the naval arsenal in Wilhelmshaven. All project participants, including ISG IPA Solutions Group GmbH, met for the ceremonial signing of the multi-party agreement. The focus of the meeting was on getting to know each other and initial team-building measures.

The IPA kick-off days and the associated development of the project charter are now on the agenda for January.ISG IPA Solutions Group GmbH and GWT are jointly responsible for the pilot project, which is to be carried out using integrated project management (IPA).

We look forward to its successful implementation in 2026.
