Industy project UHG-Bielefeld

In November the IPA project to modernize the main university building (UHG) in Bielefeld for the third construction Phase started. All project participants signed the joint alliance agreement and used the week to draw up the project charter and carry out team-building measures, among other agenda points.

This marked the completion of an important milestone in this significant project. GWT is delighted to be involved in the modernization of the UHG as an IPA consultant. Under the scientific direction of University Professor Matthias Sundermeier and in collaboration with IPA Solutions Group GmbH, GWT is supporting the project partners in bringing this complex construction project to a successful conclusion using integrated project management (IPA).
