Evaluation of GWT project management
In January, the GWT surveyed its research project leaders regarding their satisfaction with the GWT and its knowledge transfer services in 2025.
As in 2024, the anonymous survey found that the GWT provided a very good service and that its support staff demonstrated a very high level of expertise. With an increase of 12 points, the cross-departmental Net Promoter Score rose to 70. The Net Promoter Score is calculated by asking customers how likely they are to recommend the company and its products or services.
