- Senior physician and head of the endoscopy department at the Medical Clinic and Polyclinic I of the Carl Gustav Carus University Hospital at TU Dresden
- Responsible for the dysphagia outpatient clinic – special consultation hours for swallowing disorders (e.g. achalasia, hypercontractile oesophagus), including high-resolution oesophageal manometry and POEM procedures
- Specialisation in endoscopic diagnostics, sonography and functional gastroenterology
