Survey tool FIT4JOB! - Evaluation of vocational orientation at schools to obtain progress data and record the effectiveness of the programmes and sources used

Survey tool FIT4JOB! is a service offered by GWT with the aim of supporting schools in evaluating their career guidance concepts and offering comprehensive monitoring to districts and cities.

The online questionnaire FIT4JOB! efficiently records how pupils experience orientation in the transition from school to vocational training or university.

It enables the analysis of motives, usage behaviour and experiences of effectiveness. The survey provides results that help to develop targeted support measures and evaluate school-specific career guidance concepts.

The indicators from the survey tool can be used to (further) develop customised and needs-based BOSTO concepts and guidance programmes.

The tool is used and the data generated is analysed on an order basis by GWT-TUD GmbH (usually by RKO).
The work packages include needs-based counselling on the implementation of and instruction in the online tool FIT4JOB!
the collection and aggregation of data for each school in the district/city and the creation of descriptive statistics across all schools

ZEITPUNKT

Die Erhebung sollte fortlaufend jeweils einmal im Schuljahr (im
Optimum zum Schuljahresende) erfolgen.

ZIELGRUPPE

Befragt werden sollen Schülerinnen und Schüler allgemein
-bildender Schulen der Klassenstufen 7 bis 13.

DURCHFÜHRUNG

Für den Einsatz des Tools wird eine Unterrichtsstunde mit der
Klassenleitung, der Lehrkraft für Berufliche Orientierung, den
Praxisberatern oder Berufseinstiegsbegleitern empfohlen - ist aber keine Voraussetzung.
