Workshop
EUROPEAN EDUCTIONAL WORKSHOP ON MRD IN ALM AND CLL
● Online or onsite in Frankfurt am Main (Hilton Frankfurt Airport)
Lecture series and workshop on acute myeloid leukemia (AML)
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is the most common acute leukemia in adults and is diagnosed in 22,600 people per year in the EU, with increasing incidence over time. It is the most aggressive leukemia subtype, with a 5-year overall survival (OS) of only 28% overall and certain subgroups (such as ages 65 and older) having even poorer outcomes. The event aims to explore ways in which recidivism risks can be mapped using metrics.
The program includes lectures by various renowned physicians and scientists as well as workshops based on their content.
The event will start at 08:30 with registration and a welcome coffee and will lead through various lectures and workshops until 16:50, before a closing speech will conclude the event.
