- Investigation of physical processes in power components
- Optimisation of component robustness (short circuit, surge current, etc.)
- Analysis of the reliability of semiconductor components under extreme conditions (load cycling resistance, bipolar degradation, gate stability, etc.)
- Integration of wide bandgap semiconductors into power electronic systems
- Cooperation with industry partners to implement practical solutions
- Semiconductor simulation of power semiconductors (Si, SiC)
